1. Does the Mexican Vanilla Totonacs have coumarin?
   No! Our vanilla does not contain coumarin.

2. Is the Mexican Vanilla Totonacs gluten free?
   Yes, the vanilla does not contain any preservatives and is gluten free

3. Is it FDA approved?
   Yes.  The FDA has tested and approved the vanilla in the US.

4. Are there any artificial flavoring? 
   No, all our vanilla bottles contain REAL vanilla beans.
