Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from our U.S. fulfillment location.

Processing Time: We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@aztecvanilla.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (your choice whenever possible). If your order is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, reach out within 3 days so we can help investigate with the carrier. For returns unrelated to damage (for example, a change of mind), please contact us before sending anything back—items must be unopened and in original condition, and return shipping may apply.
