❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@aztecvanilla.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Because our vanilla extract is a food product, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken.
However, your happiness is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you're not satisfied with your experience, please reach out. We’re a small business, and we genuinely want to help.
